Our client is a leading specialist executive search and consulting firm with offices in New York, London and Hong Kong. They help their clients to build and grow companies by finding exceptional talent and providing expert advice. This company serves clients in the financial services, technology, and data industries around the world.

The role

Driven by growth within the team, we are now looking for a PA & Coordinator to join the busy London team based in Central London. Your role will be centred around supporting and working closely with the team of Consultants, responsible for the coordination, administration, and organisation of searches and projects.

You will be a highly organised professional, looking for your next Operations or Team Support role where you can bring your exceptional organisation, communication and attention to detail skills to the company.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Liaising with colleagues, clients and candidates via phone and email to coordinate interviews and meetings
  • Tracking and updating client projects
  • Extensive scheduling and complex diary management across multiple time zones
  • Scheduling and organising video conferences, phone calls, and in-person meetings as needed
  • Maintaining and updating internal databases
  • Preparing PowerPoint, pitch materials and research reports
  • Handling switchboard enquiries, and other general office administration as required

The Ideal Candidate Profile

You will bring with you a proactive and collaborative approach and lots of positive energy. In addition to that, you’ll need to demonstrate the following skills: 

  • Exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to organise multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High level of professionalism, confidence and clarity when dealing stakeholders internally and externally
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn internal systems and databases
  • Strong project coordination and communication skills
  • Team work – demonstrating collaboration and support for wider team where required
  • High motivation and a can do attitude, where you will contribute to the smooth running of the office day to day

What’s on Offer
