THE ROLE

In this newly created role that sits in the HR & Talent team, you will primarily be responsible for expanding the existing graduate recruitment process, improving its reach, brand and effectiveness across all offices and divisions. In addition, this role will support the talent acquisition team with experienced hires. This role is ideal for a self-motivated and highly organised self-starter, with a passion for innovation and recruiting to help build a market leading function.

Communication is at the heart of this role, be it with internal stakeholders, campus students, experienced traders or a university careers team; you should be comfortable with and enjoy diverse interactions.

ROLE SPECIFICATIONS

  • Define and deliver, the attraction and events strategy for existing graduate programmes
  • Improve reach, brand and presence at key schools
  • Maintain and further develop relationships with campus professionals and careers services
  • Design, implement and manage a social media strategy to support campus activity
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including applications, assessment days and offer delivery
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, incorporating an effective communications plan
  • Manage the end to end recruitment cycle for experienced hires where required
  • Support the wider HR team with HR projects and queries
  • Achievement of performance based KPIs
  • Comply with all Compliance policies, procedures, laws and regulations

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS

Required

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience delivering graduate programmes for Financial Services
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience recruiting lateral hires for Financial Services
  • Proven ability to build rapport and trusted relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Data driven and results orientated
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple, changing priorities and work at pace
  • Undergraduate Degree with a minimum 2.1 grade or equivalent
