Head of Marketing – role overview:
Our client is a rapidly growing fintech business that provides flexible and fast cash advances for SMEs that accept debit / credit sales from their customers. This company mainly operate in the retail, hospitality and leisure industries and is constantly growing its client portfolio across the UK.
Due to success over a short period of time, this innovative and friendly team is now in a position to welcome on board a highly commercial, driven and creative Head of Marketing with B2B and digital marketing experience, You will ideally have experience within fintech / business lending and also within a start-up environment. You will be able to hit the ground running, bringing with you energy, ideas and enthusiam for making an impact and able to help take the business to the next level.
Reporting directly to the MD and with responsibility for managing a small team, this Head of Marketing opportunity will develop digital marketing activities and build up a communications and PR plan, focusing on generating positive ROI. You will have excellent analytical skills and be comfortable working across traditional and digital channels.

- Degree or equivalent
- 8-10 years’ B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on ROI
- Analytical and detailed approach
- Ideally experience within business lending or fintech
- Experience in digital and traditional marketing
- Entrepreneurial and commercially driven nature
- Strong communication and negotiating talents
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- A creative mind and able to generate ideas and develop strategies
- A hands on attitude where you are happy to get involved with implementation
