Judy Ingber

Judy has over 12 years’ of international recruitment, PR and marketing experience having worked in both London and Sydney with some of the world’s biggest brands. She has worked with companies spanning a wide variety of sectors including Media, Digital, Technology, FMCG and Lifestyle.

Judy’s passion for people, problem solving and developing long lasting, trusted relationships has driven her to set up The Talent Space.

When Judy isn’t recruiting the best talent for her clients, she is usually enjoying a run outside, honing her cooking skills or walking her dog, Frankie.

Caron has accrued an unrivalled level of quality recruitment experience having spent the last 17 years’ attracting talent into the highest profile global financial institutions.  Her specialism includes identifying and recruiting top junior talent from across the EMEA region in the financial sphere.

She is a natural communicator with an empathetic ear and a solution-oriented approach to solving challenges.

Outside of work, Caron is committed to her fitness regime of HIIT and running and spending time with her young family. She can usually be found at weekends cheering on the side-line of a football pitch.
